General Introduction:
Zinc selenide has low absorption to infrared wavelengths and can transmit visible light, so it is the preferred material for making infrared lenses, Windows, output coupling mirrors and beam expansion mirrors.
Zinc selenide lenses are widely used in the CO2 laser processing industry, including laser cutting, engraving, marking, drilling and other laser systems. The zinc selenide focusing lens produced by OTE has domestic and imported options, the production of lenses can withstand high power density, and the surface film layer is firm, not easy to fall off, resistant to wiping. The transmittance of Zinc-selenide coated with a See can reach 99% at 10.6 band commonly used in CO2 laser industry.
