BRIEF INFORMATION

RAY-OPT-DET100 optical surface defect inspection equipment, developed by c-laser, is a specialized testing device designed for the detection of scratches and pockmarks on the surface of optical lenses. This advanced system integrates a high-precision machine vision inspection module with specialized analysis software to identify, quantify, and analyze defects such as scratches and pockmarks on optical surfaces. By replacing subjective human-observation with an automated process, the system ensures objectivity, accuracy, high repeatability, and efficient batch data processing capabilities.

This equipment achieves a minimum resolution of 0.002mm, surpassing the minimum defect grade of 0.004mm specified in GB/T 1185-2006, thereby enabling precise measurement of the majority of optical components.   Additionally, the device features a highly uniform light source that minimizes detection errors caused by positional variations, enhancing the reliability and convenience of the inspection process.  

The integrated image analysis software employs deep learning algorithms to improve detection accuracy and efficiency. The utilization of this optical surface measurement device significantly enhances the efficiency of incoming lens material inspections. Furthermore, its data statistics functionality facilitates rapid identification and analysis of process bottlenecks, contributing to improved production efficiency and optimized workshop processes.

DIMENSIONS & STRUCTURE

The main body of the equipment is made of carbon steel plate with a powder coating color number of RAL7035. It is divided into two floors, upper and lower. The upper front is a double door with acrylic panels, in which a touch screen is embedded, serving as the equipment control center. The remaining part is designed with detachable embedded clips for easy disassembly. Equipment dimensions: 1.5m×1.2m×2.1m (L*W*H) Equipment weight: 500kg

The main structure is introduced as follows:
(1) Camera module: It contains an industrial camera, which is used to take pictures of defects and transmit them to the upper computer.
(2) Light source module: It includes a strip-shaped light source that surrounds the material tray, providing light sources in multiple directions during inspection.
 (3) Lens module: Includes a lens for defect imaging; The lens does not need to be moved again after one calibration.  
(4) Material tray module: The inspection object can be placed on the material tray for defect detection;  
(5) Material tray rotating shaft module: It can rotate the material tray and move the position of the inspected object.
(6) Visual hinge module: It can adjust the angles of the camera and the lens according to the position of the object being inspected.
(7) X/Y/ Z-axis motion module: It can move the camera and lens to any horizontal position or height.
(8) PLC: Controls the motion module to perform path displacement; Control signal interaction
(9) Industrial control computer: Controls the interactive feedback of camera and light source signals; Provide hardware support.

NOTES:

(5) The operational environment should maintain a temperature range of 15sºC to 35ºC and a relative humidity between 30% and 70%.
(6) Avoid prolonged storage of the equipment in conditions of high temperature, high humidity, or significant vibration.
