Product Description:The far-infrared heating tube is made of opal quartz glass tube processed by a special process and matched with resistance composite material as the heater. As opal quartz glass can absorb almost all visible light and near-infrared light from the electric heating wire radiation, it can be converted into far-infrared radiation. However, the industrial infrared heating tube has basically eliminated the milky white quartz tube. Because its material property is relatively fragile, it cannot form a long milky white heating tube. And milky white has a shading effect, which prevents its heat. Because of its high wall temperature, it is only suitable for near-infrared heating.

Technical features of quartz heating tube:
1. No far-infrared coating is required, the spectral radiation matching absorption characteristics are good, the radiation performance does not degenerate after long-term use, and the electrothermal conversion efficiency is high. It can save about 30% energy than ordinary heating elements.

2. High working temperature, wide selection range. The highest temperature resistance of ceramic cap packaging type is 800 ºC.
