It adopts original fused silica substrates from Corning (USA) and complies with Corning's strict production standards. Each batch of products is accompanied by an original factory material report, which ensures the consistency of composition and performance, and avoids the risk of performance fluctuations of non-original materials..

Through Corning's proprietary melting process, the hydroxyl (OH) content is controlled at ≤1ppm, which significantly reduces the hydroxyl absorption peak in the infrared band (around 2.7μm). It is suitable for scenarios with strict requirements on infrared transmittance, such as infrared spectral analysis and infrared imaging.

Compared with ordinary fused silica glass, the bending strength of Corning substrates is increased by approximately 15%, and the surface compressive performance is better. During precision processing and component assembly, it can reduce the problems of fragmentation and edge chipping caused by mechanical stress, thereby improving product yield.
