Bending insensitive multimode fiber meets or exceeds the IEC 60793-2-10 specification, with stable fiber profile structure control and good repeatability. It is designed specifically for high-speed local area networks and is suitable for gigabit or faster Ethernet networks (1&10&40&100&400Gb/s).
The bending insensitive multimode fiber is optimized for 850nm VCSELs design, which ensures the optimal bandwidth of the fiber at 850nm wavelength and superior transmission performance when using VCSEL laser as the light source. This series of fiber preform rods adopts the chemical vapor deposition process inside the tube, which has the advantages of low hydroxyl groups and good optical uniformity. The double-layer UV cured acrylic resin coating on the optical fiber reduces additional bending attenuation and exhibits good bending resistance at small bending radii. It also has high tensile strength and long-term fatigue characteristics.
