Product Description

General Introduction: Raytek Precision n-bk7 prisms with λ/4 surface flatness and several antireflective coatings are used in the most demanding applications (such as interferometry or hologram in the visible and near-infrared range).
Through the total internal reflection (TIR), the right angle prism can be used as a 90 ° reflector or 180 ° hollow reflector. In addition to the reflection loss of incident and outgoing surfaces, TIR achieves 100% reflectivity based on a very wide wavelength range. If the incident angle exceeds the acceptable range of TIR, or if the environment does not allow the reflective surface to remain clean, the reflective surface shall be coated with protective aluminum in accordance with TIR requirements.
