Equipment characteristics:
1.The grinding wheel feeding and workpiece axis movement adopt servo+slide motion mode, and the equipment accuracy is maintained in good condition
2.Touch screen control is adopted, and all parameters can be digitally set and controlled.
3. Multi stage precise control of the entire process of edge grinding and chamfering can greatly reduce the probability of surface burns and edge breakage.
4. Pneumatic buffer (optional servo buffer) can effectively prevent the grinding wheel from hitting the product during feeding, and the buffer speed and pressure are adjustable.
5. Designed as two systems for profiling and edging, which can be used for both edging and profiling, with multiple functions for one machine.
6. The dual grinding wheel system of this machine can achieve coarse and fine grinding and one-time clamping, suitable for large margin products.
