Optical platforms are widely used in fields such as optics, electronics, precision mechanical manufacturing, aerospace, precision chemical engineering, non-destructive testing, and biochemical research. Their dynamic mechanical properties directly affect the accuracy and reliability of test results.
The optical platform mainly eliminates the interference of vibration from the ground on the workbench, achieving stability through elastic support. The interference force that the workbench may encounter generally comes from three aspects: 1. the impact force generated on the workbench during use and operation; 2. the interference force generated by the rotation of moving parts in the experiment; 3. the interference force from the ground or floor during use and operation.
The principle of vibration removal for optical platforms:
Isolate the vibration generated by interference forces during work from the platform, and obtain its performance through materials that act as springs to achieve the purpose of vibration removal.
Product structure of optical platform:
The optical platform consists of a pedestal and supporting components. The pedestal is made of high magnetic stainless steel plate, with ordinary steel plate as the base plate. The pedestal and the base plate are welded together with rib plates and rib plates as a whole. The specific components are as follows:
1.Working surface: The top plate has achieved good flatness through pressure bonding, and has been lightly ground to remove burrs, providing a smooth but non reflective surface

We can customize products with hole spacing of 50mm, 100mm, and larger through-holes according to customer requirements. The installation hole is located directly above the core compartment, ensuring that the screw can be inserted to a sufficient depth. Spilled liquids, solvents, or harmful chemicals can be easily identified, and small objects that fall into the hole can also be easily retrieved.
6. Side wall: The side wall is used to enclose the core of the countertop, which is often not a structural necessity but has aesthetic significance. The use of steel is to achieve the same thermal expansion.
Performance characteristics:
