It is the main component that determines the resolution and imaging clarity of the microscope, so it is important to correct the objective lens.

Main Applying:
Objective lenses can be classified as "biological" and "industrial" uses.
In biological use, the biological specimen is generally placed on a slide and secured from above with a cover slip. Since biological objectives require the observation of the sample through the cover glass, an optical system design that takes into account the thickness of the cover glass (typically 0.17 mm) was used.
In industrial applications, specimens such as metallic mineral slices, semiconductor wafers and electronic parts are generally observed without being covered. Therefore, the optimal optical system design with no cover slip between the front end of the objective lens and the specimen is adopted for industrial objective lenses.
