General Introduction: 

Raytek 5-axis diamond laser cutting machine
This is a high-precision, 5-axis diamond laser cutting machine. It uses marble as the optical base, which has extremely reliable stability of laser output and precision of equipment operation.
This device is equipped with a 532NM laser source, which uses nonlinear optical crystal doubling to directly input 1064NM laser into the wavelength conversion element. After changing the frequency, a 532NM green laser is obtained. Compared with the 1064NM red laser, this laser cutting machine has higher cutting efficiency, smoother cutting surface, and smaller graphitization.
This laser cutting machine adopts a water circulation cooling system, and the laser core pump module adopts an imported pump module to ensure long-term stable operation of the laser. The main components of the equipment include the laser system, optical path system, software system, control system (dedicated control card and controllable programmer), 5-axis motion system, dust removal system, visual imaging system, etc.
