NC-200 series transparent quartz weights and products
Using the flaming method to produce the roundingot, through the furnace remelt the ingot to make the size bigger, quality better (few microbubbles and not concentrative, no tension ). According customer request process the ingotto plate/disc/flanges and so on.
NC-200 series produce are applied in semiconductor /solar/window disc/optical fiber.

NC-W00 series opaque quartz weights and products
This series opaque quartz material uses the opaque quartz sand, adopting the flame melting method to produce opaque quartz roundweights, which are further processed for opaque quartz rounds, squares, fanges andspecial shaped products. These products have good heat insulation and temperatureresistance, which are mainlyused in semiconductor processing of heat insulationaccessories.

NC-S00 series high-purity quartz sand
Quartz sand is divided into high purity natural quartz sand and ultra-high purity syntheticquartz sand.
The purity of high purity natural quartz sand can reach 99.998%, which is mainly used forthe production of the middle and outer layers of quartz crucibles, serving the fields osemiconductor and photovoltaic. The purity of synthetic quartz sand can reach 99.9999%which is mainly used for the production of full-wave transmitance quartz glass and theinner layers of high-end quartz crucibles, serving the fields of integrated circuit, advanced optics and military industry.

Our transparent quartz materials have excellent transmittance, especially in the infraredand visible wavelengths. Transmittance in the UV is related to metal impurities and theabsorption peak at 2730nm indicates OH content.
