Raytek offers OHARA Microcrystalline glass and Schott Microcrystalline glass widely used in optical system. This material was developed by OHARA based on our knowledge of High Homogeneity melting and Precise Crystallization. This material is produced under tightly controlled conditions and offers outstanding thermal, mechanical and chemical properties. Glass Ceramics has a very low thermal expansion rate, so it is essential for a large number of demanding high-tech applications that require extremely high accuracy.
