Optical platforms are widely used in fields such as optics, electronics, precision mechanical manufacturing, aerospace, precision chemical engineering, non-destructive testing, and biochemical research. Their dynamic mechanical properties directly affect the accuracy and reliability of test results. The optical platform mainly eliminates the interference of vibration from the ground on the workbench, and achieves stability through elastic support. The interference force that the workbench may encounter generally comes from three aspects: 1. the impact force generated on the workbench during use and operation; 2. the interference force generated by the rotation of moving parts in the experiment; 3. the interference force from the ground or floor during use and operation·
The principle of vibration removal for optical platforms:
Isolate the vibration generated by interference forces during work from the platform, and obtain its performance through materials that act as springs to achieve the purpose of vibration removal.

Product structure of optical platform:
The optical platform consists of a platform and supporting components. The platform is made of high magnetic stainless steel plates, and ordinary steel plates are used as a whole between the platform and the bottom plate, which is welded with rib plates and rib plates. The specific components are as follows
1. Working surface: The top plate has achieved good flatness through pressure bonding, and has been lightly ground to remove burrs, providing a smooth but non reflective surface

5 Installation holes: The holes on the countertop are straight threaded holes Metric M6 holes with a pitch of 25mm and English 1/4-20 holes. The ports are countersunk to remove burrs. Products with a pitch of 50mm and 100mm and larger through-holes can be customized according to customer requirements. The installation hole is located directly above the core chamber, ensuring that the screw can be inserted to a sufficient depth. Spilled liquids, solvents, or harmful chemicals can be easily removed, and some small objects falling into the hole are also easy to retrieve.
6. Side wall: Side wall is used to enclose the core of the countertop, which is often not a structural necessity but has aesthetic significance. Steel is used to achieve the same thermal expansion.

Performance characteristics:
There are many varieties and full specifications, and special platform sizes can be made according to user needs. All platforms use high magnetic stainless steel panels, which are processed by a large surface grinder and have a flatness of 0.1/1000mm.
