To achieve uniform illumination of the fly-eye lens array, two columns of fly-eye lens arrays should be arranged in parallel. The optical axes of the fly-eye lenses are parallel to each other, and a condenser lens is placed behind the second row of fly-eye lenses, and the focal plane of the condenser lens is placed on an illumination screen to form a uniform illumination system.

The principle of the fly-eye lens array to achieve uniform illumination:
The light beam parallel to the optical axis passes through the first lens and is focused at the center of the second lens. The first row of fly-eye lenses crosses the light source to form multiple light source images for illumination, and each small lens of the second row of fly-eye lenses The fly-eye lens is superimposed on the illuminating surface of the small lens. Since the first row of fly-eye lenses divides the entire broad beam of the light source into multiple beamlets for illumination, and the non-uniformity of tears within the range of each beamlet is superimposed by the beamlets in symmetrical positions, the vertical axis of the beamlets is not uniform. The uniformity is compensated so that the light energy in the entire aperture is used effectively and uniformly. The light spot emitted from the second row of fly-eye lenses is focused on the illumination screen by the condenser lens, so that each point of the light spot on the illumination screen is illuminated by the light emitted by all points of the light source, and at the same time, the light beams emitted by each point of the light source intersect and overlap. to the same field of view on the illumination spot, so a uniform square spot is obtained.
