The RAY-F96Pro high-speed fluorescence spectrophotometer is designed with a 150W Hamamatsu xenon lamp and a replaceable interference filter system, providing optional excitation application configurations from 250nm to 700nm; The emission monochromator adopts a 1200 line grating and a large aperture aspherical mirror spectroscopic system. It can complete full spectrum scanning, calculation, and measurement within 1 second during high-speed scanning. Professional software includes various analysis functions, and rich attachments can support the measurement of liquid, solid, powder, and thin film samples. Accurate measurement of high concentration samples can be achieved by selecting multi-purpose fluorescent sample holder attachments. It can also measure trace samples up to 5 μ l, and can be equipped with trace sample attachments and automatic injection attachments to meet various applications.

•The signal-to-noise ratio of the 365nm excitation wavelength water Raman peak is ≥ 150 (p-p), and the resolution is 10 nm. The high detection sensitivity of the bandwidth can make the determination of samples with low detection limits very simple.
•Provide 10 emission spectrum scanning speed options, including high-speed low-noise scanning and fine scanning. The ultra fast scanning speed is 30000nm/min, which can complete the full spectrum scanning within 1 second. It also has an intelligent pre scanning function, which can quickly display the spectral information of unknown samples, automatically eliminate the influence of other scattering peaks and harmonic peaks, determine the best measurement parameters, and locate the fluorescence emission peak.
•Multiple measurement accessories, including single well colorimetric dish holder, multi-purpose fluorescence sample holder, 200 μl micro centrifuge tube fluorescence measurement, capillary micro sample holder, semi-automatic fluorescence sample injection, single well colorimetric dish adapter, membrane sample holder, powder sample holder, and sheathed colorimetric dish holder, etc. The 5 μl micro sample can be easily measured, and is also suitable for high concentration fluorescence detection and solid fluorescence detection, meeting various usage requirements.
•Quantitative analysis has fluorescence value normalization function, which can eliminate the problem of incomparable fluorescence values between different fluorophotometers, and small models can save a lot of desktop space
