RAYTEK fiber optic spectrometer is specifically designed and developed for industrial customers. Its volume is compact, only 92 x 66 x 34mm ³. Stable structure, capable of achieving~0.15 pixel/° C temperature drift suppression. Using a focal length of 42mm, the sensitivity is increased by three times compared to FX2000 under the same conditions. For the first time, optional detectors are used, compatible with multiple CMOS and CCD detectors. It has a replaceable slit configuration with multiple options within 10-200 μ m. RAYTEK is a popular industrial high-speed detection spectrometer among customers.
Typical application areas: In vitro diagnostics typically require high resolution and high signal-to-noise ratio, and this spectrometer meets the needs of such customers.
Smoke analysis requires high signal-to-noise ratio, UV sensitivity, and optical resolution. RAYTEK has considered the need for UV CEMS detection.NIR sorting requires the use of 680~1100nm infrared spectroscopy for sorting, while also having a high cost performance ratio.
Our Advantages
The RAYTEK fiber optic spectrometer has many significant advantages: a 150mm focal length design. With this short focal length design, RAYTEK achieves higher luminous flux and sensitivity up to three times higher than FX2000 under the same conditions; CMOS detector RAYTEK can be used, with a maximum sampling rate of 2000f/s. In addition, the detector is naturally sensitive to ultraviolet spectral signals and has high quantum efficiency in the ultraviolet band; The RAYTEK structure design is reasonable and has undergone comprehensive mechanical simulation and testing. The temperature drift can be suppressed at~0.15 pixels/° C.
