Our Box Way VMCs are equipped with high torque spindle motors and servo systems to allow for smoother, vibration-free cuts in your part. Our available machine construction options allow SuperImage YongShuo CNC to specify two through six box way guides on the X and Y-axis based on customer applications. SuperImage YongShuo CNC also offers an array of spindle options to meet customer tooling torque and cutting parameters based on current and future cutting tool technology.
For CNC machining center, the hard rails refer to the casting parts of the guide and the bed, then the guide rail is processed on the basis, that is, the shape of the guide rail is cast on the bed, and then the guideway formed after the quenching and grinding, and the bed and the guide rail are not necessarily integrated, such as the steel guide, which is connected to the bed after processing.
