Product Description

General Introduction:
The Raytek Magnesium Fluoride optical window is an optical window made of crystalline magnesium fluoride.
Magnesium fluoride crystal has excellent optical and thermo-mechanical properties. The transmission range is 0.11m~7.5m.

Since MgF 2 has the lowest refractive index in all optical glasses, the antireflective coating does not need to have low surface reflectance. Therefore, the window is not limited to the spectral band of broadband antireflective film, and can be used at any wavelength from deep ultraviolet to infrared (120nm - 8μm). This is ideal for applications requiring simultaneous transparency at multiple wavelengths, such as spectral or fluorescent imaging of samples in vacuum. Due to the transparency of deep UV, the window can also be used in excimer laser applications
