High Precision Raytek CNC Lathe UPL-CMK-200A:
1. Equipment footprint: left and right width x front and rear length x site height: 1500X 1400X 2000mm
A distance of 1 meter is recommended between the back of the machine tool and the wall at the top of the picture, so as to ensure that the door of the distribution box is opened normally and is convenient for operation.

Admission requirements and moving methods:
1. The length x width x height of the main body of the machine tool (host + shield) is: 1500x1400x1600mm; (remove the separate packaging when the monitor is transported)
2. The machine tool weighs 2 tons. Please use the front forklift of 3T or more.

Power requirements:
1. Three-phase five-wire system (three fires, one ground and one zero), copper wire of 6 square meters or more, three-phase 380V±10%, equipment power: ≤8Kw.
2. It is strictly forbidden to mix the neutral and ground wires, and the grounding is reliable, see GB/T2424342-2009.
3. Air switch with leakage protection is strictly prohibited, it is recommended to use air switch ≥30A.

Environmental requirements for gas source and equipment use:
1. Requirements for vibration isolation required by the equipment: It is required to be far away from the vibration source. For example, there are vibration sources around (punch, planer, air compressor station, construction machinery, etc.), and a vibration isolation foundation is required to ensure the precise operation of the machine tool.
2. Requirements for ambient temperature and humidity: Temperature: The ambient temperature should be kept at 22ºC±2º, the ambient temperature should change gently, and the temperature gradient change within a day is less than 2º; The humidity of the working environment: ≤ 50%. (In areas with high humidity, it is recommended to use an air conditioner with a dehumidifier to control the ambient humidity.)
3. Requirements for compressed air required by the equipment: air filtration accuracy: 0.5um, oil and water removal; pressure: ≥0.6MPa; flow: ≥0.3m³/min.

 Access to the main air source: The main air pipe is an outer diameter φ10mm air pipe, please prepare in advance.

Consumables that need to be prepared by customers in advance:
1. Spindle motor coolant: Dow spindle coolant (DowthrmSR-1) 3L, mixed with industrial pure water (distilled water) 5L. The coolant mix needs to be replaced every 6 to 12 months. The cooling water tank needs to add 8L of mixed coolant at a time.
2. Cutting fluid: ExxonMobil, isoparaffin ISOPAR H fluid;
3. Tool: natural diamond tool. Knife square size: 6.35x6.35mm, 10x10mm.
Special Notes:
1. If the machine tool has been shut down for more than 3 days, the spindle is forbidden to start working immediately after it is turned on, and it needs to be ventilated and run in.
The spindle run-in method is as follows: the spindle needs to keep the state of non-rotation, continue to pass dry compressed air for 10 hours, then run at 1000rpm for 1 hour without load, and then increase 1000rpm every hour until it reaches the rated speed and run for 1 hour without load. Then use it normally.

Lathe maintenance precautions
1 per day:
Before starting the I.I machine:
  1.1.1 Check whether the liquid level of the spindle water cooler is in the normal position, and check whether the coolant level of the oil mist tank is in the normal position.
  1.1.2 Check whether each electrical switch is in the zero position and whether each wiring is correct.
  1.1.3 Check whether the fastening screws and protective covers are loose; if they are loose, tighten them.
  1.1.4 Confirm whether the air pressure is normal, whether the air dryer works normally, whether there is water in the filter, and whether the air static pressure spindle rotates easily without any sense of blockage.
  1.2 After the machine is started:
  1.2.1 Confirm that the vacuum suction cup can work normally.
  1.2.2 The machine tool can work normally only after idling for 10 minutes.
  1.2.3 After get off work, all parts of the machine should be cleaned to prevent rust and corrosion.
1.2.4 After get off work on weekends, thoroughly clean all parts of the machine tool, and coat the machined surface with anti-rust oil or lubricating oil.
2 Half-yearly:
 4.1 Check the main body of the machine for damage. Check whether the filter, air cooler and water cooler are working properly.
4.2 Check the integrity of all electrical components.
3 Yearly:
5.1 Spindle motor coolant needs to be replaced every 6 to 12 months.
