Raytek ultra-precision CNC optical centering lathe is a special machine tool for CNC detection and processing correction of the deviation between the optical axis of the lens and the geometric axis of the mirror base, so as to improve the installation accuracy and imaging quality of optical lens components.

After 10 years of R&D and manufacturing, two mass-produced equipment,Raytek UPL-D100, Raytek UPL-D200 and Raytek UPL-D300, have been formed, with an annual production capacity of 100 units. They are used in infrared optical lens processing, ultra-clean mirror processing, optical injection mold processing, intraocular lens processing, etc. The industry has a wide range of applications, customers have responded well, and it has a certain market impact.

Features of the machine tool:
1. The machine tool adopts a vertical design, which can avoid the bending deformation caused by gravity, which is consistent with the detection method of the lens, and avoids unnecessary errors.

2. The main shaft adopts a large-diameter hollow air-floating main shaft, which has high rigidity and ultra-high rotation accuracy.

3. The vertical design is used to facilitate the installation and alignment of the lens workpiece and save the floor space.

Machine configuration:
1. The numerical control system adopts Japanese CK3M, and SPDT2DTools CNC System and the control performance is stable.

2. The bed and column are made of natural granite, with stable precision and performance.

3. Ultra-precision aerostatic rotary table, built-in motor and angle feedback, integrated tilting and translational adjustment structure on the rotary table.

4. Two sets of linear servo axes, X-axis and Z-axis are equipped with Japanese THK ball screws and linear guides, and equipped with HEIDENHAIN linear grating scales.

5. The upper and lower double optical paths are precision light pipes, and the deviation between the optical axis of the lens and the rotation axis of the turntable is measured with thousands.

6. Automatic percussion adjustment mechanism, driven by two sets of voice coil motors, independent adjustment of tilt and translation.

7. On-line measurement system, after the probe is extended, the X-axis and Z-axis are moved to measure the upper end face and outer circle of the mirror base.
